Bishop (Dr.) Gwendolyn Biggers was born in Cleveland, MS, and grew up in Rochester, NY.  She is the Southeast/International Regional Bishop for Concord Fellowship of Churches International, of Copperas Cove, TX, and Senior Pastor of His Glorious Praise Outreach in Spring Lake, NC.  She earned her Doctorate Degree in Biblical Studies and Master in Divinity from Apex School of Theology, Durham, NC.  While stationed in Hawaii she earned Master Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources from Central Michigan University, Hicham Air Force Base, HI.

Bishop Biggers is a veteran who honorably served in the United States Army and retired as a Master Sergeant in 2006 at Fort Bragg.  She is married to Elder Armond Biggers, who is the Co-Pastor of His Glorious Praise. They have been married for 27 wonderful years and have one son and two Shih Tzu’s.
